Adjusment of status denied HELP!
Hello everyone, I received a letter from uscis they denied my husband application, he entered with visa I am a USA citizen we have two kids, etc, they denied the petition because I did not sent the affidavit of support, on the sponsors affidavit was sent, (I don't know how I missed that), the letter said I can't appeal only filled a motion, but should I file everything all over again an pay the almost $1500 or filed a motion to be honest we don't have the money I am the only one working, I am crying right now I dont know what to do... =(
