Background check is not cleared since 7 months for pending I-485
Hi.
My PD is Dec 20,2016 , family based AOS. Got my EAD on mid of April.
Immigration field office processing time is Jan 9, 2017.
I did last week an infopasd and I have been informed by IO that my case is pending due to background check which is not cleared yet and they don't have any idea about when it should be cleared and they said they can not schedule interview before the background check is being cleared...
Have you guys being delayed for background check for more than 6 months.
Please share your experience.
