Hello all!
I am just little worried about my domestic violence arrest in 2009. Some stupid neighbor called a cop on us when my girlfriend and I were arguing. Later, the case was dismissed by the judge since my girlfriend did not show up at the court because she never had any intention to press the charge. I have mentioned this incident on all my previous immigration applications including N400 with the original certification from the court. Will this incident impact my upcoming N400 interview?
