APPROVED ON SPOT- Holtsville Long Island NY interview
PD- 10/25/16
Interview -08/30/17 -Approved on Spot!

Arrived about half hour early- interview time was for 11:20am.
Went tru security check and hand in interview notice, IO called my name exact time that was on the notice (11:20am)
She then make us take the oath, sat us down, then she opened my file that they had for me.
She then asked for our passport, I gave her me and my husband passport, she went tru it and ask if this was my last. i-94 entry to the USA, I told her yes! She asked how long we were married, I told her about 4.5 years, then she said that it's her first time that she interviewed a couple who had been together for such a long period (17years-since highschool) and that alone proved that our marriage is legit. I had send pics of us from when we first met in school along with bank statement, hotel receipts, insurance(life&auto) and cards we shared along with the package when I mailed it.
I then asked her if she needs any other document from us since we walked with a high folder...And she laughed and said noooo...That she even want to give me back some of the stuff I had sent. I asked her if she wants our 2016 tax that we filed jointly she said she had enuff evidence, I had a new medical, she said the old one is fine! She was so friendly..It's like we were having a friendly conversation rather than a GC Interview! She then said that I will recieve my greencard in about 2 weeks and I can apply for citizenship 3 years on this date! So I asked does this mean we are approved??? She said yes! I wanted to hear it from her! I then asked if I have to sign anything or if she need the EAD she said no...That I can keep that, it's all mine! She then thanked me for having everything organised! Our interview lasted exactly 4 minutes and 36 seconds! (I stopwatch it) my husband is the USC and she didn't ask him any question!

I just want to say thank you to all of u on this forum for helping me tru to the end, ur experiences and advice made me this far! Also I prayed that u all will get ur approval very soon and good luck to everyone!

my status hasn't changed yet to card in production, I will let u guys know what I recieved that update.
Again ...THANKS TO ALL U WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!!
