I-130/ I-485 appointment after interview
Had my 1st interview in April 2017. Given typical " case to be reviewed' letter. Made a infoass in July 2017 and told the 1st interview officer is " no longer here" and a second interview will be scheduled. Get letter today saying I-130 application to be completed and me and spouse need to be there on September 12th and ask for a specific officer by name. Dallas is my field office. PD Aug 2016. 2 questions for y'all. Initial medical was done July 2016. do I need to redo? Is this a stokes interview? Or since the initial officer is no longer there it's just a follow up formality by USCIS? Thanks.
