Green card lost
So I've been posting my husbands green card journey since the beginning so maybe you may have saw that we were approved and his green card went into production. Well on august 28th, it was mailed. Today, I realized it should have been here by now (bc I'm a US citizen and ive been dealing with the USPS mail service all my life) and my husband tried to tell me I was wrong. I made him call USCIS anyway and get a tracking number. Turns out, the card was delivered 2 days ago but no one knows where it is. Also USCIS said they only have his old address on file, not our new one. That was weird bc ALL our receipts came to this new address. We applied FROM THIS NEW ADDRESS. So idk why they have his old address on file. Anyway. We went to his old address, we know the people that live there. They said they didn't see it. We checked the post office, the ONLY post office bc we live in a small town, and they didn't see it/know where it went either. ITS GONE! We have to order a replacement. I'm pissed
