EAD/AP card abandonment?
Hi guys,
I'm kind of in an unusual situation. Been waiting for my marriage based green card for multiple years now and because of personal reasons my husband and I decided to move back to my home country, except I don't have a green card yet. I currently have an EAD/AP combo card that expires in June of 2018.
Question is: if I were to leave the US and not come back for over a year after leaving with a EAD/AP combo card, do I get banned for 10 years because of case abandonment? If so, does anyone know of ways to avoid that?
