want to share my timeline so far as well (located in CT, MBS processing center)
PD - May 22
Bio done - 6/19
no RFEs, no updates on any of the forms (filed 130, 485, 765,131)
Submitted SR for 765 on August 21, received email that I should expect the response by 9/2, never got it, moreover, uscis website says that SR hasn't been assigned for processing yet
Spoke to level 2 IO on 9/1, zero valuable info, he just mentioned that 90 days processing time is their OBJECTIVE (LOL!!!!), but not a guaranteed time frame. Great. He said it's more like 120 days. I was super upset and hopeless.
But yesterday (9/6) i got a notification that my status changed to "Card in Production"!!!!
I don't know if my follow ups helped, but definitely didn't hurt. So don't mind being annoying i guess.
I was frustrated because my H1B is expiring in couple month and I don't want to extend it. Also I was planning to change jobs, which would be way more easier now with EAD
