Status: US Citizen(ME) Philippines National (wife)

Forms Filed: I-130 ,I-765/512, I 601 and I 485

My wife originally came into the country under false pretenses over 20 years ago as a minor child. This process started for us way back in January of 2013 and hope this will all come to a positive resolution next month.

Timeline:

I-130 Received 01/06/2013

I-130 Approved 10/02/2013

I-765/512, I 601 and I 485 all filed concurrently 12/23/2016

Forms received 12/29/2017

05/08/2017: SR for I-765/512
05/08/2017: Card Being Produced
05/09/017: Card Mailed

05/22/2017: Wife and Daughter (ours) Travel to the Philippines
06/02/2017: Return from Philippines. Clear customs in less than 10 minutes at JFK

07/28/2017: SR( on line) for I-485 and I-601 told to wait up to 30 days for a response

08/28/2017: Still no response

09/01/2017: Filed another online SR

09/07/2017: Case assigned to an officer for review

09/07/2017: Interview Scheduled for 10/10/2017

If you're the praying type, please pray for my wife. She is a wonderful lady that has been living in absolute fear of deportation for the past 20 years...I'm in tears for her as I type this.
