More than 120 days waiting...
Hello guys, I would like to know if it is normal to wait that long for my work permit (120 days) or should I be worry, due I had a Reckless driving by DUI on August 2014.
This has been my process under category C09 Based on married a US citizen. I came with a K1 visa.
May 20, I sent the documents to Chicago Office.
May 23, 2017: I 765, I 485 and I 131 Received notice. From National Benefits Center in Missouri.
May 26, 2017: Notice date for fingerprints appointment.
June 14, 2017: fingerprints appointment.
Nothing during 93 days.
August 24: your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number T YYYY YYYY YYYY X, is currently not assigned for processing.
Sept 8: No answer yet.
