A friend needs serious help
hello my brothers and sisters
my very good friend needs help. he is not a member of this forum, we discussed just few hours ago and he discussed his situation with me and i promised to get back to him asap.
he got married to a USC in April 2017, currently on expired B2 visa
he is going for interview later this month and just on friday he said he went to see his lawyer for discussion on how to go about the interview and when his lawyer reviewed his supporting documents, he said the lawyer reviewed them and said they are too much documents are is a reg flag. These are the documents he has currently:
(1) Joint Lease Agreement
(2) Joint Bank Account, active account
(3) Letter from another Bank stating that they both own the account , and account in good standing
(4) Joint Car Insurance
(5) Joint Electric Bills for the last 4 months
(6) Joint Internet Bill for the last 4 months
(7) Joint Phone Bill for the last 4 months
(8) Joint Life Insurance Policy, listing each as beneficiaries to each other
(9)Letters from fiends to proof valid Bonafide marriage, 3 different letters
(10) Letter from the Beneficiarys (husband) Mom who resides in the UK stating that her son is truely married to the USC and that they talked often on Skype and that they are truly married and that shes aware of the marriage, attached with copy of her UK International Passport
(11) Letter from the Beneficiarys(Husband) only brother who resides in South Africa attached with his Passport stating their marriage is bonafide
(12) Letter from the church they attand stating they are married and a sincere tithe payer in church and committed members
(13) a picture album containing about 100 pictures.

Please i want to ask, is there something like too much evidence proofing as red flag to the USCIS in terms of AOS interview ?
Please advise
God Bless you all
