does anyone know the current processing times of I-140? I saw on the website they are on July '16 applications. Really?
How is a concurrent I-140 & I-485 treated?
There is a concurrent application going on, submitted May 2017. I-140 is not premium.
Can it be upgraded to premium? I am concerned it will take forever.
