Hello, everybody!n I was a silence reader, but now my journey has ended, I would like to share my experience with you.
THis website was very very helpful. I did all the process by myself.

I had the student visa and OPT expired

MY interview was scheduled at 10:00 am. WE got there at 09:30. WE waited for an hour. Then, this serious and scary officer called us. We went to his officer, then he asked for our passport. I told him my name was missing one letter. HE said I am going to fix now.He checked everything and gave back my husband passport. then he asked us how long we know each other. he did not ask direct questions. So I and my husband were answing it.Then, how we met. He wrote a lot things in a piece of paper in the process. THen, he asked if we travel together. he also asked if i was in an OPT.he asked for the marriage certificate and my original birth certificate without the translation. He wrote more in the paper. THen asked for marriage evidences. I gave him bills, bank statements, health insurance, life insurance, greetings cards from the wedding. He checked everything and asked to keep the evidences without the greetings card. I said yes. THen I said I also have a album of pictures. there are a lot, if you want take a look. He said, yes lets look at it. HE looked at every sing photo. It was 300 photos. Ah, he checked every single evidence that i had and wrote everything in my file. After that, he said, I am going approve your case, but first i have to ask you a few questions, then he asked me the yes/no questions. after that he told us about the green card condition and how to take it of. He gave me a letter about it. Then, he asked about my tourist visa and my change of status (I came as a tourist and changed the status to F1 visa here).
Finally, my husband asked that is it? he said yeah, it would take longer if i though there was something wrong.
THen he said in a week im going to receive approval letters and in 2 weeks the green card.
We left the building, when we were inside the car like less than 5 minutes i received a message your case has been uptaded. when i looked up, ita was card is being produced.

I am very happy!
