PD may 1st
biometrics app June 2
RFE may 27
RFE sent June 30
RFE received July 11
Since then nothing, uscis website still says
we received your evidence
First SR august 31 for EAD no response
Second SR September 6
September 7 received response from the second SR saying that my case
was assigned to an officer and that it is currently under review
and to expect a decision or notice of further action
Nothing since then! It's been 135 days since my PD and
64 since they received the evidence, I went to an info pass
To New Orleans and they told me an RFE doesn't restart the count
Could you share your experiences if you had similar timelines? What should I expect?
