Hello all
It's getting very frustrating now, here is my timeline
I 131 - October 9, 2015
I 131 approved- march 9, 2016
I 485 - October 27, 2016
Received EAD and travel documents in January
Friends my status still says "your fingerprint fee was received ". What should I do?
Sometimes my Lawyer says your priority date is current as we have to consider I-131 date and sometimes he says it's not time. Sometimes he says USCIS will contact you and next day he says we will apply for adjustment of status.
Please help me friends it's getting more and more complicated
