Responsed to RFE last month, no confirmation, Baltimore
Hi everybody,
I got a RFE in July which I responsed one month later (August 21). Eventhough UPS tracking number said that the package was delivered (with signatue), my online status is still at "Fingerprint fee was accepted". There is no acknowledgment from USCIS saying that they recieved my response. I called customer service, and they said that I should wait 60days for final decision based on my response for RFE. But by that time it will be passing my response deadline, and on the letter, it is said clearly that they will deny my case if I do not response by that date. But all I need is just the confirmation that they recieved it.
Anyone has same issue? Please share! Any idea appriciated.
