Hello all,
I had my interview on 8/28 (marriage). I came an hour early and had to wait an additional 2 hours before being called in. Everything went well. IO took my I-94 and some pictures and told me that everything looked great. He however handed me a notice that says that my case was still under review and that expect a decision in 120 days. Similarly, I have a friend who had the same experience in Fredera Plaza but his interview was a week after mine. His case was approved on the spot!!! What could be the determining factor? Is it just subjective based on the IO? Anyone here had a similar experience? When should I expect a decision?
