Spoke with tier two officer she was not really helpful just said just said no interview yet, I felt like sayin duh this is why I'm calling. I asked her to check if it's at my field office or still at national customer service she stated it's still at national customer service and that they aren't down processing papers. I was at least hoping it was at my field office what could be the hold up? I asked if I can do a service request to see what's going on she said youbsid one aug 19 and she read the whole overloand response. I got off the phone and did a service request online lets see what the response is this time
