I have a question, my interview is schedule for oct 5th 2017 (Denver,CO) and we have enough evidence to prove our marriage, but i read few people brought affidavits from family members and friends .
want to understand what an affidavit needs to have, is there any format and does it needs to be notarized?
and does the affidavit needs to be typed or hand written ? and is it really needed?
