RFE AFTER INTERVIEW
Hi there!
My wife and I did my AOS interview on June 21.
Everything went smooth except that we didn't had joint taxes because i didn't have a SSN yet, and also since we were living with her parents we didn't have a proper lease our names: we give the IO a notarised letter of her mother as proof of living in her apt.
Since then many thing changed i got my EAD and I start worked and can afford a place by ourselves, thing that i mentioned at the interview clearly we were looking for a place for us.
A week after the interview a got an RFE for ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE since the IO told us the supervisor has to made the final decision on our case.
In those 3 months I was a bit busy with the moving the new job and lost one times and now i have everything they need even affidavits from our friends.
They asked fore some more pictures, affidavits,bills, insurances etc,
Everything done except for the joint tax we could not do.
I sent 2 days ago everything now waiting for a reply.
Any similar experiences ? Any help?
