Stuck at Background check...
So my case has passed processing timelines, the priority date is current, however no update from USCIS about my I-485 case (EAD/AP is already approved).
Made an infopass appointment last week, and realized that case is stuck in background check. Anyone has experience what to do when case is stuck in background check?
I'm sure many people must be in above situation i.e. PD is current, and case is well beyond processing timelines... What did you do that worked?
