EAD/Combo - May 2016
Interview notice - December 2016
Interview January 2017
EAD/Combo Card applied to be renewed Feb 2017
Received approval and card -July 2017
Green Card - pending at the mercies of USCIS!!!!!!!!
I’m here wondering to myself , what are the possible reasons WHY uscis
Would have someone wait for nineee (9) longgggg months after a interview
That went ok based on our understanding and not make a decision!!!!
Is this some kind of punishment.
I’ve have raised 3 service request and all came back with the same. Response
That they have not considered my application/petition and they cannot give
A time frame as to when they will consider it. Like wtf am I to do with that
Scripted email. Make a decision and let people move on and know what to
Do from there it’s either APPROVED or DENIED.
So frustrating
Has anyone been in this situation or does anyone have any idea what could
Cause such longggg wait.
Any feedback will be greatly appreciated
