Unlawful presence
Hi everybody,
I would like to ask you something all of you..
We would like to travel to my country with my advance parole..before we got married, i have been out of status in United States..now I have my advance parole..but the question is, there is a paragraph at my advance parole document about "unlawful presence"..and it says "Individuals who accrue more than 180 days, but less than one year, of unlawful presence are barred from being re-admitted or re-entering the United States for three years; those who accrue more than one year of unlawful presence are barred for ten years."
So what does it mean?If I leave the country, wont I be back?
Thanks for helping..
