Filed - June 2016
Interview - May 2017
Filed office - New York
So i was told by I.O to wait for 120 days. Now its almost 140 days since i had interview at long island filed office.
Did SR and INFOPASS - They said they are not sure why it's pending
I want to know did anyone got their Green card approval letter after 120 days without a second interview?
Or all cases that passed 120 days without decision has to go through second interview?
