We have an immigration lawyer, but they just basically filed for the papers...
I already have my EAD and the status online says they are ready to schedule an interview. I was not here illegaly nor out of status when we filed for the petitions and AOS. I am due in November and worried I may still havent got an interview maybe after birth. We were hoping to have my GC before the baby is born because it will be hard to move and go out after that. Do you have any suggestion?
