Charlotte Interview
Interviewed in Charlotte North Carolina yesterday and we were approved on the spot! She asked four questions:
When did we meet
When did we start dating
What date did we get married
How did we communicate since we were in a long distance relationship (him in Nigeria, me in the U.S.)
She printed some documents and told us what the next steps are (I-751 in 21 months). Process seemed really simple and fast. Took about 45 minutes for the interview.
Our PD was May 15 filed I485 and EAD only to Chicago Lockbox
July 1st - scheduled for interview
8/23 - interview scheduled for 9/27
9/1 - EAD received.
We'll update again when green card has been received. Our status has not changed yet though. I'll update this post when we get notified that our green card is in production.
