Interview Experience
Good morning,
Our journey is finally over!
It's been 9 long months.
We had our interview yesterday at the Long Island, NY office.
Our appointment was scheduled for 1:20pm but we arrived at 12pm.
In the meanwhile we had the chance to discuss any last minute questions with our attorney.
We were called in at 1:30pm and let me tell you...this was, probably, the fastest interview ever.
we entered the office, the officer sworn us in and after it took us literally 2 minutes to be out the door.
We handed all the paperwork to her, she quickly looked into it, kept what she wanted and only asked where we met.
That's it! My husband was approved on the spot :)
My attorney was a great help though, from the moment we entered the office and the moment we left (literally 2 minutes) he was joking around and the officer couldn't stop laughing.
It was so quick and it went so smoothly that we left the building confused, not believing what just had happened....
I got the text message and emails this morning stating the green card is being produced.
