Is Tijuana still open for H1B stampings?
I am on my second leg of H1B and my previous H1B stamping just expired this month. I have changed my company after the previous stamping, so seems I need to attend the Visa interview again now.
I am based in SoCal region so I am wondering if it's possible to go to Tijuana @ Mexico for my H1B stamping. if yes, can someone let me know the procedure to do so.
