How long will it really take?
Good Day,
I came here with a K1 visa and filed for i-485, so do i need to file for i-130 as well? Also its been 181 days or 6 months since USCIS received my application, will it take for like a year to have an interview, since the representative keep saying that its still normal processing time since the St. Louis MO local office is still working on August 2016 applications? I'm really confused right now, i have no idea on what i'm supposed to do, plus i kept on seeing here people with the same case only takes less than 6 months to receive their GC. Please help........ :"(
