Hello everyone,
I just want to share with you all my experience.
Today I had my interview and got approved on the spot, so let's celebrate that first!
Second I just want to clarify a few things that I read online that were just not true. First, you have to bring originals to the interview, I didn't bring my Marriage Certificate nor my spouse's birth certificate, which were my mistake. She first said that she was going to need me to mail them to hear but I guess as the interview continue she changed her mind about it.
First she asked the Yes and No questions, then she went on how we met, she wanted to see all the docs and evidence I brought, the photos, etc. I had a translated copy of my birth certificate following a format that I found online, and she said that I needed to have a certified translation. Ive read online that you can find someone who is fluent in both languages who does the translation and then sign it. This is not TRUE, she wanted a certified translation which I luckily submitted in the initial package.
After all that convo, she told us to wait outside because she was going to check some info, after about 5min we were called back in and told that I was APPROVED!
So thank you everyone for sharing your experience and being supportive to the people on here. Don't despair, I was there, have hope and the universe is going to aline and provide.
