Curious if owing the IRS and being questioned at the airport can stop you from being approved
I’m curious after nine months of waiting to hear from USCIS if one of these issues can be a reason why they have not yet made a decision on my case.
My husbands

1. Owes the IRS some money because they had overpaid him few years back
2. He was locked up but his file was expunged
3. While traveling through the airport being pulled over for secondary and questioned about money
4. The interviewing officer asked the weirdest question while asking the yes/no directed at me. If I’ve ever been involved in money laundering and if I’m being investigated for anything of course the answer was no because no such thing
5. Because they were having a bad day and decided to spite us or they just trying to draw it out and not give us

Anyone with any advise let me know. I am sick and tired of this wait It’s either yes , no or request more evidence or so. But say something and stop have people who help to pay you wait like dogs waiting for bones !!!

Frustrated much!!!!!!

**** READ MY PREVIOUS POST AND YOU WILL SEE MY JOURNEY DATES!! Thanks
