can we go back to H1B if needed after Green Card approved
Hi,
Hope you are doing well.
I got the EAD and AP approved and also got the Combo Card last week.
I was wondering if it is okay if I still continue to use my H1B until I get the Green Card approved?
Will using H1B will cancel my EAD?
I and planning to visit India and also need to go for H1B visa stamping, will it effect my EAD?
Also, what happens to my H1B (have I-140 approved) after I get Green Card or there are issues within my marriage? Will it be reusable in future if I ever need to or it is void?
