Im adjusting f1 to green card
We had interview on last month . Officer taken my picture and finger print ,passport
He interviewed my wife more than 1 hour . I was in wsiting room . Then he called me asked me so many questions then again he called my wife told some answers not maching . If you want to withdraw application i can put file in trash or i will send for investication and you need to go jail and fine
Finally he called me and give my passport back
He ddnt say anything about application
While interviewing officer checked the affidavit from her mom showing she knows our relationship . Officer asked about this my wife said i dont know she given or not
Then officer asked her mom phone number
Next day officer called her mom and asked , she explained everything and she told i given affidavit to him i ddnt tell my daughter. Then mom asked anything you need , officer said nothing and hang up.
Its almost 30 days no updates , i called toll free number they said my file waiting for the final decision or not made decision
What will happen next , when i can expect letter?
