I’m so frustrated it’s been 156 days since my PD May 1st
85 days since they received my RFE
27 days since my SR has been “under review”
I went to an info pass on August and they told me I should receive my EAD bh the end of the month
And we’re already in October
My lawyer told me that I shouldn’t raise another SR but I did and they didn’t answer
What should I do? Should I make another appointment for info pass? I am so mad at this point, they are taking forever
NBC/MSC has my case and my local office is New Orleans
