Adjustment of Status - I-485

So we called USCIS customer service earlier today and requested to speak with an Immigration Officer. We were transferred and selected option for them to call us back. When they did we told the IO that our PD was March 2016 and that we did out interview in January raised Two SR and we still have not received any decisions and it’s 9 months later he said “did you know it can take anywhere from 9-18 months for a decision to be made. Like really in thought it was 180 days. Smh
Anyho I told him my medical and bio is expired and asked him if they sent me any request and we didn’t receive it he said nope and that he is going to reach out to the officer because he checked the file and doesn’t see any issues.
Then he said we should hear something in 30-45 days. I’m not gonna get my hopes up because I know they like to con people.
Does anyone have such experience where they said you will hear something in 30-45 days and heard anything positive???
