Asylum and visa application
Hi all,
Kindly help me me with this question. I have a valid visa to the US and hope to visit in no distant time for the second. However, My wife is currently in the US as a protected person (Asylum applicant) waiting for her interview which may take sometime to be schedule. Since I have a valid visa will I be allowed to visit them in the US? I am currently working in Qatar as an engineer and does not wish to join them until their application is granted. But wish to be visiting them regularly till a decision is taken on their application. My second question is, If my current visa expires what is my chance of getting another since my family is currently in the US as asylum applicant?
