Waiting for EAD and an interview
Hi everyone,
This is my first time here. I’m a student and got married to USC in May. Submitted I130, I 485, I765, I 131.
Here is my timeline so far:
6/30 mailed documents
7/5 Office received documents
7/10 notice in mail about receiving documents
8/1 fingerprint/biometrics captured
No updates after it online or in mail about EAD or interview notification. Last update was about receiving the documents.
I’m a full-time student and paying out of pocket for 9 credits and am really hoping to get my EAD card which will help with school situation as my school require EAD card in order to close my international student file.
Can anyone tell if they applied to Chicago office and have received their EAD card yet or interview scheduled? On the notification my receipt number starts with MSC. Does it mean my case went to Missouri office? Anyone here have their case sent to MO and received any updates?
I’m really worried that how long will it take
