I really wanted to thank everyone who has contributed and been contributing their valuable time on this forum! Your valuable insights and experience helped me to stay on track for the interview.
Here's my timeline
July 2017- PD
Aug 2017- Biometrics got done
Sept 207- Received notice for interview 10/02/17
Oct 2, 2017- Approved on spot.
Received my green card this week!!! I couldn't be happier to receive my card finally.
So I wanted to contribute something on this forum on my part. I would say the interview wasn't that stressful as it was to prepare everything for the interview. Having documents organized helped me a lot at the interview to keep the atmosphere at ease.
My recommendation to the people here is that prepare and practice for the interview well and stay positive. Hope, confidence, and patience are the only recipes for the anxiety to go through this process. Honestly it's frustrating for all of us not knowing what would happen in the future and when this process would get done but that there's nothing we can do to expedite the process. So my point is hang in there for the best and it will happen sooner or later!
