Now I´m getting really anxious and starting to freaking out.
My PD is January 17. I got my EAD back in April all good, but my I485 still says Fingerprint fee received, and I130 case receive. No update at all.
On the other hand, my passport expired few months ago, but I´m from venezuela and while I apply for passport renewal on July, I still haven´t got it and it looks like I´ll have to wait few months more as everyone from my country,... that certainly is an issue as of my Interview right?
Either way, I´m a NYC filer (Queens), so should I be expecting this interview soon, what do you think?
