EB1 I485 submission without attorney
Good Morning Guys!!
My I140 submitted on July 2017 by my employer under EB1 category as multinational executive. I am yet to receive the approval of I140. My employer is not processing I485 case any more and they suggested to move ahead with own attorney. Since Eb1 priority date is current I would like to submit my I485 case (I485, I765 & I131) as earliest.
I have already prepared all docs as per guidance of my employer immigration team and all three sets of documents are ready to submit.
My employer immigration team told I can submit I485 myself but I am not sure about the success rate. Does any one got approval of I485, I765 & I131 even it's submitted by yourself instead of attorney?
Shall I wait for approval of I140 before submitting of I485?
