Need halp with my I-765
Hey guys, I'm really desperate to get some halp and I don't know what else should I do...
Got merrid with USC, and USCIS got my paperwork June 12 (San Francisco).
Had my fingerprints July 7th, and my I-485 since July 26th is case is ready to be schedule to an interview.
It's been 4 months, and my I-765 still says "case has received".
I made 2 service requests, first one was September 6th, and then September 28th, no answer for non of them, and it says that my case is currently not assigned for processing.
I tried to call USCIS today, and they said that there is nothing they can do, and I should call them again 30 days after the last service request, that's mean almost 5 months since my PD.
I need to get my EAD ASAP, what should I do?
