Certified Mail Mistake? Please Advise!
I just submitted an RFE request to Nebraska by certified mail. USPS says it will arrive Saturday when no one is there! How will USCIS handle Certified mail that arrives on a Saturday?
Will it just sit at the post office until they finally return to sender?
