I'm going mental with this EAD delays if anyone has any suggestions or in similar situation please let me know

2 SR but nothing other than generic replies
i'm on my 133 day and my case is not yet scheduled. I have a offer and my employer is eager to know the status but my lawyer suggest us not to go to the congressman and be patient. Please suggest what should I do??
