Adjustment of Status - I-485

HI, everyone, I have had lots of support from this forum during the i485 journey and mine finally came to an end yesterday as I received my GC (marriage based). following is my experience:

Got Married during January and filled i485 along with EAD, AP application filled at Los Angeles
Received Request for fingerprint late April
Received EAD/AP combo card late March
Received Interview request early July for August Interview (late August)
Case Approved on the spot
No Update whatsoever after an interview - still no online status update even after receiving the GC. I485 status is still at Interview is scheduled. AP application never updated - still case received. EAD appclaitoin was only updated after EAD was received.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. We arrived their 1 hour prior to the scheduled time.called in 20 minutes after the appointment time. The office did not talk at all (except asking us to tell the truth part) untill she finished reviewing some basic information from our file.
Then she started asking my USC partner about his personal information - current address, DOB, when we got married, nothing about me. Then she asked the same questions to me.
Then she started gathering documents from us. Our bills (phone, rent, electricity, gas), insurance (we have our health insurance together but auto insurance separately), shared bank account (saving) statement, photo album (she asked us to separate the photo to Before and After Married, we had lots of photo travling around the world before getting married, and very few photo after married - mostly with our mutual friends) She took the roughly the same amount of photo from before and after marrriage.
Then she also asked for our diploma since we went to college together and dated since our freshman year.
She then asked the question we scared the most - why our parents did not know about our marraige and why didn't we have a wedding. we explained and only told the truth. She is fine with it. Then she asked for my passport and to make copy. We waited in our room for 5 miniutes and she went out. She came back and did not paper work and asked me to sign a paper (i still wasnt sure exaclty what it was.....i was something like the interview is finished)
At the end, she told me our case is approved and should received GC within 3 weeks. We were really happy.

Here came the frustrating part: After approved on the spot, no status update from online. Nothing at all. 1 week after the interview, i received approval letter in my box. still nothing updated from online. 1 month after the interview, still nothing. I raised the SR, and officer told me i will hear back about the SR within 3 weeks. nothing.
 I Ijust randomly received my GC yesterday. still nothing was updated from online.
