Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi guys I need some advice because I don’t know what to do.

Here is my timeline:
PD october 2016
Interview August 29 2017

This is the story: I had my interview on august 29 and was approved on the spot. The IO gave 3 letters confirming the approval; the time went by and after one month my status never updated and I didn’t receive a welcome notice or the green card so on September 29 I went to an infopass appointment to find out what was going on, the lady that was helping me checked on the system and said that indeed I was approved so she stamped my passport with the green card stamp for one year and told me to wait a little longer because the system had not been updated and that was the reason I had not received my green card.

So yesterday after two weeks of my infopass I called Uscis 1800 number to ask why still my green card has not been issued, they transferred my call to a tier 2 officer, the officer checked the system and told me that I am NOT approved yet, I told her about my infopass appointment and that I got my passport stamped and she was surprised that I got the stamped because in the system she was checking said my case was still pending.

I really don’t know what to do now, at the field office where I had my interview I am approved in the system, otherwise my passport wouldn’t have been stamped and the tier 2 said I’m not approved. I don’t know who to believe now. I don’t know what kind of mess USCIS is doing.
