Hi Everyone!!!
My case is marriage based EAD.
File application for I-765 and I-485 on 03/13/2017
Receipt : 03/26/2017
Biometrics: 04/18/2017
Initial Evidence Request : 03/28/2017( My lawyer forgot to attached the evidence and came to his attention in june, so he sent the Initial evidence on 06/24/2017)
USCIS received the initial evidence on 06/28/2017.
1st SR on 08/14/2017.
Response on 08/28/2017(Replied processing time exceeded to 90 days after they received the initial evidence.i.e to wait till 09/28/2017).
Nothing received.
2nd SR on 10/12/2017(no response yet)
SO basically my case time exceeded over 180 days due to the lawyers fault.
Please suggest me something to take any initiative in order get my case moving forward.
The online status on my case never changed since the day 1.
