- Called multiple times and managed to speak with two different L2 officer - no update
- The first L2 Officer we spoke to said that they are experiencing backlog since they moved to cloud based system and it can't handle the volume of work
- The second L2 Officer was no help and rather unhelpful
- First SR which was supposed to be responded on Oct 24 has not been assigned
- Tried to request for expedite as we need the AP to travel, it was rejected. Last resort is to go to Infopass.
- Contacted lawyer and said nowadays the processing time is 120 days and we were given this link

Pretty much it says that USCIS doesn't have to make any decision in 90 days like it was previously stated.

We can't wait for that one day that we don't have to deal with this nonsense system!
