I am a US citizen, my mother came to visit and I applied for her green card (1-130 and I-485 Concurrently) when I check online the status, I say "Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview" since 3/29/2017. I just want to ask and see if anyone has an Idea, when will I hear from the USCIS? we live close to Dallas, TX. I was told that my mother's stay is legal since she has a pending case with the USCIS, do I need a lawyer to help or shall I just wait until I hear from the USCIS and the scheduled interview. I would love to get your comments and read your similar stories.
