Travelling on current AP with pending AP application
I heard that some USCIS service centers are denying I-131 (AP) if you travel outside the country even on a currently valid AP. I am in such a situation. Due to the long wait times I applied for a renewal proactively while already having my previous valid AP.
Is it safe for me to travel during the time the renewal is in progress?
