Request for Evidence after AOS interview
Hi all,

so me and my husband filed for I-130 and I-485 back in Dec 2016. Our interview date was Oct 25, the interview went well, the IO asked us questions that are included in both forms, she took our join documents and looked at some of our pictures. overall i thought it went well...she gave us a paper saying she will review our case and send us if she needs any other documents or send us the response.

we just received a mail yesterday from USCIS stating that more evidence is needed from my husband (who is the US citizen) for his I-130 application. they're requesting alot of documents to prove his citizenship and need certificate of naturalization of his parents, and proof that he was living with his US parents until he was 18 and to give an explanation of any time spent outside of the US.

has anyone experienced this before or does anyone know what that means?

Thanks
